Περιγραφή Μαθήματος

The aim of this course is for students to delve deeper into the area of operations management through the analysis of all areas of operations and supply chain management in a real case study.  More specifically, the objective of the course is to:→ describe an individual situation (case), e.g. business, organisation, or institution, in detail;→ identify the key operations related issues of the case (product/service design; capacity design; facility location; demand forecasting; inventory management; supply chain management; quality management; sustainability management)→ analyse the case using relevant theoretical principles;→ recommend a justified course of action for this particular case  By following the courses’ guidelines, you can ensure that the case study provides a comprehensive learning experience and enhances your analytical and problem-solving skills in the context of operations management.
