Περιγραφή Μαθήματος

The aim of this course is for students to delve deeper into the area of operations management through the analysis of all areas of operations and supply chain management in a real case study. By following the courses’ guidelines, students can ensure that the case study provides a comprehensive learning experience that enhances their analytical and problem-solving skills in the context of operations management.

More specifically, the objective of the course is to describe in detail operatoins management issues in an individual organisation, or institution (case) ;  identify the key operations related issues in this organisation; analyse the case using relevant theoretical principles; discuss the relevant information and recommend a justified course of action for this particular case.
