I hope you are well. A quick note on the material to be assessed on my part of the exam. The chapters that correspond to the lectures material from the textbook are the following:

Chapter 4 (Organization)

Chapter 6 (Departmentalization)

Chapter 7 (HR Management)

You should expect MCQ on the basic management and organization theories (and examples of them) we went through and an open ended question based on one of the case studies we discussed. Your responses should be brief and to the point. Part of the open ended question will involve a critical thinking element similar to the discussions points we had during the class.

Best of luck!
